📩 Delivery Method
This is a custom digital design service. No physical item will be shipped.
Final files will be delivered manually by email. WhatsApp delivery can also be used if requested by the customer.
⏱ Initial delivery is completed within 6–7 business days after purchase and after all required content is received, including menu text, prices, logo, images, brand colors, screen size preferences, and any special instructions.
📦 Final delivery includes PNG, PSD, MP4, and branding guide PDF files where applicable.
🔁 Revision Policy
20 revisions are included within the original design scope. Revisions include text corrections, price updates, layout adjustments, orientation changes, color edits, and minor design improvements.
A revision does not include a completely new concept, a full redesign after approval, or large amounts of new content added after the design process has already started.
Future updates and design support are available after delivery. Minor support may be provided when needed, while major content changes, new concepts, or additional design requests may require an additional fee.
