1. Introduction

Display Craft provides digital graphic design services, including custom TV menu designs, branding visuals, and animated or static digital media.

By using the site, you are legally bound by these terms.

2. Digital Service Nature

All products offered on our site are digital services, not physical goods.

Deliveries are sent to the customer’s email as:

  • JPG / PNG
  • MP4 (for motion menus)
  • Additional requested formats (if supported)

3. Ordering Process

By placing an order, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate details
  • Send required materials (logo, text, brand colors, menu items)
  • Approve the final design during revision rounds

We begin working once payment is confirmed.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely using third-party processors such as:

  • myPOS
  • PayPal
  • Stripe
  • Credit/Debit cards

We do not store card information.

5. Delivery Time

Standard delivery time is 30–60 minutes unless otherwise stated.
Large or complex designs may require additional time.

6. Revisions

Each package includes a limited number of revisions:

  • Basic: limited revisions
  • Premium & higher tiers: multiple revisions included

Revisions must stay within the original project scope.

7. Refund Policy

In summary: Refunds are not provided after delivery of digital files or after work has started.

8. Intellectual Property

You receive full usage rights for your final designs, including:

  • Social media
  • TV screens
  • Restaurant screens
  • Digital marketing

However, Display Craft retains ownership of design concepts, templates, and drafts unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Resell our templates as your own
  • Use our designs for illegal or misleading content
  • Claim authorship of Display Craft original work

10. Limitation of Liability

Display Craft is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue due to delayed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information
  • Issues arising from third-party platforms, hosting, or payment processors
  • Technical failures outside our control

11. Modifications to the Service

We may update prices, services, or features at any time.
Changes will appear on the site immediately.

12. Governing Law

These terms follow general international e-commerce regulations for digital services.
