Welcome to Display Craft. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from displaycraft.store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. About Our Services

Display Craft provides digital graphic design services including (but not limited to) digital menu board designs, branding visuals, and static or animated digital media (“Services”).
All deliverables are digital. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Digital Delivery

Deliverables are sent to the email address provided at checkout or by the client after purchase. Typical formats include:

  • JPG / PNG
  • MP4 (for animated designs)
  • Other formats when requested and supported

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking spam/junk folders.

3. Orders & Client Responsibilities

By placing an order, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate project details
  • Send required assets (logo, text, menu items, brand colors, references)
  • Respond in a reasonable time to approval/revision requests

Work generally begins after payment is confirmed and required materials are received.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers (for example: myPOS, PayPal, Stripe, and/or credit/debit card processors).
We do not store full card details on our servers.

5. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are shown on the product/service page and may vary depending on:

  • complexity of the design,
  • client responsiveness,
  • completeness of materials provided.

Delays caused by missing/incorrect information from the client may extend delivery time.

6. Revisions

Each package includes a stated number of revisions, shown on the product/service page.
Revisions must remain within the original project scope. Requests that change the scope may require an additional fee.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy:

In general:

  • If work has not started, a cancellation may be possible.
  • If work has started or a digital file has been delivered, refunds may be limited as described in the Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the final delivered design for your business marketing/display purposes.
We retain ownership of:

  • draft concepts,
  • working files,
  • templates,
  • tools and internal processes,
    unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • resell our designs/templates as your own,
  • use our services for illegal, misleading, or infringing content,
  • remove attribution or claim authorship of our original work.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • losses resulting from client-provided errors (wrong text, wrong email, missing assets),
  • third-party platform issues (payment processors, email providers, hosting),
  • indirect or consequential damages.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in dispute.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the updated date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our business registration and operations, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
