Refund and Returns Policy

At Display Craft, we focus on providing high-quality custom digital designs. Because our services involve handcrafted work created specifically for each client, our refund rules are structured to be fair for both sides.
1. Refunds for Delivered Orders
Once the final design is delivered, you have 7 days to review it.
During these 7 days:
- You may request all revisions included in your package.
- We will work with you until the design matches your expectations, within the revision limits.
✅ If after all included revisions the design is still not accepted, you can request a refund for the delivery.
This applies only if the customer has cooperated, provided requirements, and genuinely attempted all revision rounds.
2. When Refunds Are Not Possible
A refund cannot be issued in the following cases:
- You approved the final design.
- The delivery period of 7 days has passed.
- You requested work outside the original scope (new design, extra versions, new concept).
- Missing or incomplete details were provided (wrong text, incorrect email, missing logo).
- You stop responding and revisions cannot be completed.
- The design was already used or published.
3. Refunds Before Work Begins
You may request a full refund only if work has not started yet, and no draft has been created.
Once we begin preparing your custom design, the order becomes active and no automated refund is possible.
4. Revisions Guarantee
Each package includes a number of revisions (Basic, Standard, Premium, Gold, Ultimate). We guarantee to apply all included revisions to ensure you get the final result you expect.
Revisions must remain within the original concept (colors, text, photos, layout adjustments).
Major redesigns are treated as a new order.
5. Delivery Issues
If you did not receive your design due to a technical problem, we will resend it immediately.
Delays caused by:
- Wrong email
- Missing information
- Unresponsive communication
are not eligible for a refund.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage clients to contact us first at storeworld63@gmail.com.
We always resolve issues faster, more clearly, and more professionally outside of payment disputes.
False chargebacks are considered misuse of payment services.
